As a spa, the business focuses on guest-facing therapeutic and relaxation treatments rather than clinical care. Compared with generic hotel spas, a dedicated wellness operation like this typically concentrates its menu on a defined set of therapies and staffs its rooms around them, which tends to mean more specific treatment options and a more focused experience. Prospective clients should check the current treatment list on the website, as offerings and pricing can change.

The spa holds a Google rating of 4.9/5 based on 1,840 reviews, a volume that indicates a sustained, high-traffic customer base rather than a handful of early ratings. Clients can generally expect to book ahead, particularly during peak travel periods in Ubud, and should allow for arrival time before their appointment. Opening hours run from 12:00 to 22:00 every day, which gives flexibility for afternoon and evening sessions.
