Sumber Bakat Insani, PT is a recruitment agency based in Bali, Indonesia, operating under the Sumber Bakat Insani name with its online presence at sbimanning.co.id. The firm places candidates with employers who need permanent, contract, or temporary staff, and its typical clients are businesses in Bali’s hospitality, tourism, and service sectors as well as companies with operations elsewhere in Indonesia that rely on local hiring.
n
As a recruitment agency, the company’s core work is sourcing, screening, and matching candidates to client vacancies. Its name and manning-focused web address suggest a emphasis on staffing and workforce supply rather than executive search alone. Compared with large national recruiters, a Bali-based firm is likely to have closer knowledge of the local labour pool, of Indonesian employment regulations for foreign and local hires, and of the seasonal demand patterns that drive the island’s job market. Prospective clients should confirm the specific sectors and role levels the firm covers directly with the agency.
n
The business holds a 4.6/5 rating from 48 Google reviews, a sample size that gives a reasonable but not exhaustive indication of client satisfaction. Engaging the firm typically starts with a phone or website enquiry, followed by a briefing on the role and candidate requirements. Clients should expect the usual agency arrangements around fees and guarantees, which are best confirmed in writing before a mandate is agreed.
